MyType Club sells instant-access digital reports. Because digital content is delivered immediately after checkout, completed purchases are generally non-refundable unless something went wrong with payment processing or report access.

If you were charged but cannot access your report, contact support with your PayPal transaction details so the issue can be reviewed. Eligible refunds, when approved, are processed through PayPal.

Refund decisions may depend on PayPal records, duplicate charges, technical delivery issues, and applicable consumer protection rules.
